Harbour Office, Poole Quay

From the beginning our goal was clear, to breathe new life into a tired and unloved building and bring back its charm whilst restoring the buildings historic features. The original building was built in 1727 before the construction of the office which stands today in 1822.

This refurbishment journey began with a careful assessment of the grade two listed Harbour Office’s structural integrity. Whilst working closely with the local conservation officer, every aspect has been carefully planned and executed to comply with strict preservation guidelines. Our team of skilled craftsmen and conservation specialist bring years of experience to the table, ensuring that every detail is handled with the care it deserves.

Our team of experts meticulously restored the building’s historic features, preserving its character, while reinforcing its foundation for years to come.

The works have included a complete separation of the now commercial ground floor to the first floor unit, with the addition of a mezzanine.

The works are currently on hold but we will endeavour to complete them once the necessary protocols have been followed. We are all looking forward to seeing the finished article!
