Panorama Road, Sandbanks

J Towler Construction were pleased to gain instruction to undertake the refurbishment and extension of this existing property in the exclusive Sandbanks area.

What was once a dated dwelling is now a modern masterpiece, blending seamlessly with its surroundings, while offering unparalleled, comfort and style. At JTC we are proud to have played a part in revitalising this beloved home.

From the lush landscaping to the inviting patio/decking areas, every element was designed to maximise enjoyment of Sandbanks mild climate and natural beauty.

Our clients were set on how they wanted their end goal to look, which made it an easy transaction throughout and working on a cost-plus procurement route allowed them to modify the works to their requirements. This approach has resulted in a simply stunning, bespoke home.

Stourfield Road, Southbourne

J Towler Construction were pleased to take on the challenge of this full refurbishment and extension in Southbourne, Bournemouth and the results are nothing short of spectacular.

We sought to honour the character of the original house while infusing it with modern comforts and practicality.

The works included major structural amendments throughout with a new ground and first floor extension to expand the living accommodation. Including, heating system, electrics, kitchen and bathrooms and external landscaping.

Harbour Office, Poole Quay

From the beginning our goal was clear, to breathe new life into a tired and unloved building and bring back its charm whilst restoring the buildings historic features. The original building was built in 1727 before the construction of the office which stands today in 1822.

This refurbishment journey began with a careful assessment of the grade two listed Harbour Office’s structural integrity. Whilst working closely with the local conservation officer, every aspect has been carefully planned and executed to comply with strict preservation guidelines. Our team of skilled craftsmen and conservation specialist bring years of experience to the table, ensuring that every detail is handled with the care it deserves.

Our team of experts meticulously restored the building’s historic features, preserving its character, while reinforcing its foundation for years to come.

The works have included a complete separation of the now commercial ground floor to the first floor unit, with the addition of a mezzanine.

The works are currently on hold but we will endeavour to complete them once the necessary protocols have been followed. We are all looking forward to seeing the finished article!

Each flat within the block underwent a complete refurbishment including, kitchens, bathrooms, heating system, electrics and sprinkler system. Our goal was to provide residents and the landlord with peace of mind for years to come.

J Towler Construction were pleased to action the full internal and external refurbishment of this semi-detached house in Southbourne, Bournemouth.

Works included major structural amendments to the rear of the property with a new ground and first floor extension to expand the living accommodation.

A full refurbishment was actioned including, heating system, electrics, kitchen and bathrooms, external landscaping and a garden salon/office.

Herberton Road, Southbourne

JTC were pleased to take on the challenge of this full refurbishment in Southbourne, Bournemouth.

The client requested a modernisation of the property allowing an open plan living dynamic with minimal maintenance going forward. The result is a sense of spaciousness and freedom that enhances both daily living and entertaining.
